The purpose of this research study is to develop affirming ways of asking questions about sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity that are also reflective of racial and ethnic diversity by using interviews, focus groups and surveys. Our research study is led by a team of advocates, clinicians, and researchers working together through Northwestern University.
